Subscribe & Save FAQs
With XYMOGEN's Subscribe & Save, you’ll enjoy automatic deliveries of your favorite products—plus a flat 7% discount on every order. Simply choose your products, set your preferred schedule, and we’ll handle the rest.
- Log in or create an account to access Subscribe & Save benefits.
- Select “Subscribe & Save” on the product or cart page.
- Choose your quantity and delivery frequency—every 30, 60, or 90 days.
- You’ll receive an email reminder before each shipment.
Yes. You can have as many products on Subscribe & Save as you want.
- Go to Manage Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to skip, and select the 3 vertical ellipsis to locate and click the “See Details” button.

On the Subscription Details page, choose one of the following:
- Click "Need to change to a different shipping date?" to manually select a new date that works for you.
- Select the 3 vertical ellipsis to locate and click the "Edit" button on each product you want to adjust. In the Edit Product popup, select "Skip for next shipment," and click "Save Changes" to apply your adjustments.
If your subscription has multiple products, but 1 or more are out of stock, you will receive an email indicating that 1 or more are out. You may skip the out-of-stock item(s) or replace them with something different. The order will not be created if the subscription only has 1 product and is out of stock. You will receive an email indicating the item is out of stock and choose to skip the delivery or substitute with another item. Note: The email notification will not provide a substitute option.
- Go to Manage Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to adjust, select the 3 vertical ellipsis to locate, and click the “See Details” button.
- On the Subscription Details page, select the three 3 ellipsis to locate and click the "Edit" button on each product you want to adjust.
- In the Edit Product popup, adjust the quantity, frequency, or next delivery date as needed.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply your adjustments.
No. You can modify and/or skip your delivery as many times as you need to.
- Go to Manage Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel, select the 3 vertical ellipsis to locate and click the “Cancel Subscription” button.
- In the Cancel Subscription popup, you will see the products tied to the subscription.
- Click "Cancel Subscription" to apply your decision.
Your 7% Subscribe & Save discount is always guaranteed, but individual product prices may vary over time. If the price of a product changes, you’ll see the updated amount in your order confirmation email, and the new price will apply only to future shipments.
