The conditions of supplement manufacturing matter. XYMOGEN uses advanced environmental controls, including a 48,500-cubic-foot drive-in refrigerator, to ensure proper storage of probiotics and temperature-sensitive materials, enabling best-in-class formulas.
We use top-performing equipment, such as Lödige mixers, TOTE® systems, Bosch encapsulation machines, Kikusui® tablet presses, and All-Fill powder packaging lines, to meet the highest formula standards and deliver excellence in every batch.
Proper storage and careful shipment sets us apart from competitors. Our environmentally controlled storage space ensures formula freshness, and our GMP facilities are fully secure with fire protection, pest control, and meticulous cleaning.

Our team provides collaboration from research and development to labels to packaging design. Our vertically integrated process includes environmental controls, an in-house quality control laboratory, digital printing services offered by our partner, XYMOPrint, and other key capabilities that are not always available with other manufacturing partners.
We’ve developed decades-long supply-chain relationships with key dietary supplement ingredient providers. These long-term relationships with raw material suppliers allow us to consistently procure high-quality, cost-effective ingredients. We extend the benefits of these relationships to our contract manufacturing customers, which frees them from high MOQ requirements and the high costs associated with low MOQs.
We maintain a quality control lab onsite to test for label claims, impurities, allergens, and contamination to ensure product safety. Using best-in-class chemical and biological analysis equipment, we’re committed to offering the highest quality dietary supplement manufacturing available. Additionally, we partner with industry-leading testing laboratories for assessments that need to be outsourced or validated.
