Most of our formulas are manufactured at our 309,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Orlando, FL. However, the manufacturing of some XYMOGEN formulas is outsourced to a few select companies. Each of these companies, including XYMOGEN, is thoroughly vetted and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) registered.

We prioritize diligent research into the best raw materials available and procure our ingredients from various sources based on their quality and purity.

With minor exceptions, our products are formulated to exclude wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, animal and dairy products, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, sesame, ingredients derived from genetically modified organisms (GMOs), artificial colors, and artificial sweeteners. Each label is clearly marked with its own formulated-to-exclude list.

Kosher-certified formulas are identified as such on the label and product webpage. For questions regarding kosher certification, please reach out to your functional health representative for the most current information.

The encapsulation, tableting, and powder blending process requires the use of excipients, sometimes referred to as fillers. These are used in minimal amounts to facilitate tablet compression, capsule filling, or to create homogenous powder blends. Excipients are located on the label in the Other Ingredients section, listed in descending order by weight.

All ingredients, including binders, are clearly listed on the label. We strive to use binders that are hypoallergenic and vegetarian-friendly. Some common binders in our process include hydroxypropyl cellulose, methylcellulose, xylitol, and guar gum.

Our bovine-sourced formulas are safe and not expected to pose any risk for mad cow disease.

We only use vegetable capsules made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a cellulose compound derived from wood pulp.

We strive to provide the highest-quality herbs. When they are available in the marketplace, and especially when they are deemed critical to the efficacy of a formula, we use standardized herbal extracts.

All XYMOGEN formulas are instructed to be taken as directed or per your healthcare professional’s instructions. If there is a clear, science-based reason to take your supplement with food or away from a meal, this is indicated on the formula label directions and/or in the formula Doctor Reference Sheet (DRS). If you have any other questions, consult your healthcare professional.

Many dietary ingredients have not been tested during pregnancy or lactation. It is always best to check the label cautions and consult your healthcare professional before introducing a supplement into your wellness routine while pregnant or lactating.

Indeed, there are known and possibly unknown interactions between some prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications and certain dietary supplements. The combination may enhance the drug’s action and increase the risk of toxicity, or it can reduce the drug’s action and decrease its benefit. A drug can also deplete certain nutrients, increasing the need for supplementation. The information supplied on our labels regarding specific interactions is limited. Our formulas are designed to be used under medical supervision, so it is very important to consult your healthcare professional or pharmacist before combining prescription or OTC medications with any XYMOGEN formula.

XYMOGEN’S Private Label Design Service is a powerful tool that can strengthen your brand identity. This service entitles you to personal, customized labels designed with your input and placed on formulas you purchase from XYMOGEN. So, instead of using XYMOGEN’s brand, your patients will recognize the formulas as your brand. By personalizing your formula line, you can increase patient confidence in you and your treatments.

Let our experienced graphic design team help you create a custom-labeled formula line that is perfect for you and your practice. We will also work with your current graphic designer to make sure your labels reflect the look and feel of your established brand artwork.

Custom-designed labels are also a great marketing opportunity. Think of them as business cards. Every time your patients purchase and use these formulas, they receive a visual reminder of your brand, location, physical address, and website.

There is a one-time fee of $150 to set up new Private Label accounts. There is also a minimum case quantity of 1 case (24 units per case). All subsequent orders must be made by case, not by unit.

The design fee is $65 dollars per hour (with a 1-hour minimum) for all specialized marketing collateral materials. Please consult with a Private Label representative for more information.

Before designing your custom label, consider 3 design assets: content, pure artwork files, and supplemental artwork files.

Content consists of product name* (please be as specific as possible), business name, street/postal address (required), phone number, and website (optional).

Pure artwork files consist of EPS (vector artwork), PDF, or JPEG images of your logo and your company logo, along with color and font files.

Supplemental artwork files help us gain an impression of the design concept and can consist of hard copies of flyers, letterhead, or promotional materials, as well as a website address.

Please note that providing both pure and supplemental artwork is ideal for helping us achieve the look you desire for your label. If you do not have pure artwork files, which provide us with the most assistance in label creation, we can work with your supplemental artwork files. If you do not have established artwork, our graphic design team can consult with you in the creation of artwork for your labels and other materials for XYMOGEN products.

Label proofs are typically designed within 2-3 business days. Based on the complexity of your artwork and request, an additional day or 2 may be needed to complete the order.

Yes, because XYMOGEN formulas are subject to change. When XYMOGEN formulas are improved, changes could affect the information in the descriptor paragraph and/or supplement facts box. This may also affect art placement on the label itself in some cases. XYMOGEN’s functional medicine consultants will keep you apprised ongoing developments and improvements to our formulas.

Final approval means that you have read and approved the information associated with the product labels in your folder, and the master artwork is correct and to your standards. This approval also gives XYMOGEN’s graphics department discretion to make minor changes associated with the maintenance and quality assurance of your product line.
