The XYMOGEN manufacturing and warehouse spaces employ top-of-the-line environmental controls and feature industry-leading equipment brands, such as Trane and Munters, to ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products. Our 48,500-cubic foot drive-in refrigerator for probiotics and temperature-sensitive materials is a key investment that makes many of our best-in-class offerings possible.

Our tradition of excellence includes world-class machinery like Lödige mixers, TOTE® systems, Bosch encapsulation machines, Kikusui® tablet presses, and All-Fill Powder Packaging Line. XYMOGEN provides precise and consistent production, batch after batch.
Packaging & printing
XYMOGEN offers high-quality packaging solutions using best-in-class equipment. Our capabilities include single-serve pouches, nitrogen-purged and impermeable barrier blister packaging, and bottling. Our VolPak single-serve pouch packaging with vision detection can automatically carton products, and our Pharmaworks blister packaging system features nitrogen-purged wells with 100% pinhole and oxygen detection, including a perforated option. Additionally, we have partnered with XYMOPrint™ to bring you professional, high-quality printing services. XYMOPrint uses only the best equipment, including multiple Hewlett-Packard Indigo digital printing presses, which allows printing options for labels, cartons, and various flexible packaging materials. This strategic partnership enables XYMOGEN to replicate future runs quickly, so your manufacturing slot does not have to wait for your printer order to arrive. XYMOGEN has you covered.
Storage & fulfillment
XYMOGEN maintains a 100,000-square foot climate-controlled storage space for all your warehousing needs. Our GMP facilities are fully secure with fire protection, pest control, and meticulous cleaning, all overseen by a dedicated management team.
